Fatima Fields brings over 25 years of extensive experience in accounting, with a strong focus on taxation. Her expertise encompasses business accounting, tax strategies, and client cost savings. She holds an MBA in Information Systems and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting with a concentration in taxation.
Fatima has earned the AIM Higher Life Coach Certification and recently received an Honorary Doctorate in Philosophy in Humanitarianism. She is also the founder of In & Out Tax Services Inc., which has grown to over 26 locations worldwide.
Josh Cohen
Director of Operations, In & Out Tax Services
Josh has passion for providing the best customer service, ensuring that his customers feel heard and their needs are resolved to successful conclusions. Josh is also interested in designing internal systems that remove friction from the customer experience, ensuring client satisfaction.
Josh graduated from the University of Michigan with a communications degree and also earned an MBA with a concentration in information systems from Lawrence Technological University. He has two teenage children and enjoys cooking, playing table tennis and frisbee, and competitively driving his Miata in his free time.
